There is no other sport in the world like sailing; it is truly the ultimate lifetime sport. It’s a sport that can be played at RYC, from the time you are 6 years old to the time you no longer have the strength to hold on to a tiller.
Sailing is a sport that rigorously tests not only the mind but the body as well… you can custom tailor the sport to any need; from a relaxing day on the water, to blasting along on a full plane in 20 knots of wind. From the America’s Cup to the Opti Nationals, the options for sailing are endless.
There is no sport like it! Every time you go on the water there is an opportunity to learn something new, to gain confidence by conquering so many environmental forces.
