The Fall High School Sailing Starts with a four day Pre-Season Camp for new sailors September 7-10.
the Regular Season starts the week of September 13th and runs till November 5th.

High School Sailing is one of the fastest growing scholastic sports in the country with about 300 teams nationally. Rochester is no different. RYC now boasts about the 7 high school teams that currently compete and practice on the 20 420’s that RYC currently owns. RYC is also the hub for teams competing in upstate New York and Canada. High School sailing at RYC is open to any individual in 7th grade or High School; they do not have to be an RYC member or a part of an ISSA recognized team.
