As part of Rochester Yacht Club’s effort to foster growth in women's sailing,
we are pleased to sponsor the

2009 Road to Rolex Clinic

The purpose of the Road to Rolex Clinic is to:

v Prepare women sailors for US SAILING's Rolex International Women's Keelboat Championship (RIWKC), scheduled for October 7 - 11, 2009 at RYC. 

v Serve as an opportunity for all women sailors to improve their sailing skills, get more comfortable in the boat, and develop a sense of teamwork. Sailors of any ability are encouraged to participate.

The program will include:

v Friday evening registration and planning session.

v Saturday and Sunday on-the-water with Cory Sertl, a two-time Rolex champion.

v Additional instructors will provide ‘on-your-boat’ coaching. 

v The clinic will use J22s.

v Mini-regatta.

When:  May 29 – 31, 2009

v Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

v Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

v Sunday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Costs:

v $120.00 per person

v Boats will be available for use ($100.00 damage deposit required)

v Or bring your own boat
